Omg, we're moving in a month, and in the process of packing, and even though tbh I hate the apartment we live in rn, and absolutely love the house we bought, it's the only home my daughter has known and I'm as sad as excited. It feel silly but at least you helped me understand it's normal.
This recipe looks scrumptious as Anne would say (?). I'll have to tweak it a bit adjust the ingredients to my budget and locally found nuts (I could make a silly joke) (I won't). As someone who's been deeply upset (for YEARS) by a move from the 11th to the 8th floor of the *same* building... right, I was 9 but still. Nowhere felt like home anymore and I had for years what I identify now as pannick attacks when having to sleep somewhere without my family. 30 years later I can sleep better outside than in my house bed and home is wherever I am. So : I feel you. And I hope the 3 of you will find a place you will make cozy, where you'll find connection and create new memories for this next chapter to write. Take care ! 🍪🍪🍪 (can't wait for your next home to be bathed with the smell of your cooking)
Thanks so much friend! Good to know I’m not overreacting hahah! We’ll find somewhere amazing, I know it. Already feeling more positive about it than when I wrote this. Thanks for reading as always ❤️
We've helped our 20-something daughter move twice in 12 months and both times there were lots of tears. It's overwhelming. So yes, these cookies look amazing for self-soothing! Yum.

Yeah it’s definitely normal! I hope you feel better about it soon. You’ll make loads of new amazing memories!
Feeling more than a little shaky, plus miso paste - so for sure baking these tomorrow when I have the day off work. Thank you!
Enjoy them Jamie! They really cheered me up.

There’s an abundance of wild garlic round Manchester… so hopefully you won’t feel totally at sea here. Do these cookies also cure a raging hangover? 🤔

These are delightful. Have you tried eating them straight from the freezer WAIT TRY IT FIRST
Is that a real honest-to-god picture you took of garlic blooms? Like that is a place that actually exists and you stood there?!
Good luck with the move!
Haha yes! There are a bunch of spots in my town like this. It just seems to grow so well here!
